Parmesan Crisps
Ingredients
2 cups Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 400F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place grated parmigiano into clusters, about 2 tablespoons. Ensure you space them out, about 2 inches apart. Add a pinch of black pepper to the top.
Bake in the oven, on the middle rack until the cheese has melted and goes slightly golden, about 6-8 minutes. Watch carefully, to avoid burning.
Remove from oven and let cool. Once cool, place on a wire rack to harden.
Serve individually or use in salads, charcuterie boards or with soup. #thankmelater
